On April 25, the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) hosted the Study in Europe Roadshow, providing students and academics with valuable insights into educational opportunities across Europe. The event took place at the Saguão do Pavilhão Básico (PB) and the Central Library Auditorium, attracting attendees eager to learn about academic programs, scholarships, and research opportunities.
The roadshow featured booths from a variety of European educational institutions and organizations, including Campus France Brasil, CESI - École d'ingénieurs, the Business School of Paris - ISG Group, DAAD Brazil, Swissnex Brazil, the Swedish Embassy, Uni-Italia, Politecnico di Torino, Università di Parma, the University for Foreigners of Siena, Wallonie-Bruxelles, and Education in Ireland from the Consulate General of Ireland in São Paulo, as well as FAPESP (CONFAP).
Attendees were able to visit the booths from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., gaining insight into study programs, exchange opportunities, and funding options.
From 12 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., a series of presentations took place, offering detailed information on studying in various European countries. The schedule included sessions on academic mobility (UNICAMP), studying in France (Campus France), Germany (DAAD Brazil), Switzerland (Swissnex), Sweden (Swedish Embassy), Italy (Uni-Italia), Belgium (Wallonie-Bruxelles), and Ireland (Consulate General of Ireland in São Paulo). Additionally, there was a presentation on research funding by FAPESP.
The event was a resounding success, giving attendees a comprehensive overview of study options and valuable opportunities to connect with representatives from European institutions.
