On January 29th and 31st, alongside the 2024 Uni-Italia Scientific Committee, which was attended by Universities and AFAM (Higher Education in Art, Music, and Dance) partners of the Association along with the Ministry of University and Research, all Uni-Italia centers worldwide convened at the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The purpose was to facilitate an exchange and mutual enrichment concerning the promotion activities of Study in Italy conducted in the countries where Uni-Italia operates.

Present were the Heads of Uni-Italia offices in Colombia, China, Iran, Indonesia, India, Morocco, Vietnam, and the Head of the EU liaison office in Brussels.

During the meetings, dedicated training sessions such as "Communication Techniques - Visual Identity Usage" to "Events and Fairs - Brand Identity Development", were conducted to strengthen the promotion practices of the Italian educational system abroad.

Moreover, in order to enhance the cooperation among centers worldwide, all Center heads presented their best practices and flagship strategies in their geographical area of competence to colleagues, thereby enhancing the development of performance and professionalization of staff in activities conducted in each national context.
