Study in Italy at EAIE!
Uni-Italia had the honour to coordinate the Italian participation at EAIE 2025 in Göteborg, one of the most prestigious international events in the field of higher education. The conference, which welcomed over 7,000 participants from more than 100 countries, offered a unique opportunity to present the Italian higher education system, foster international dialogue, and develop strategic collaborations with universities, AFAM institutions, and stakeholders from around the world.
This year, a strong national delegation of 31 Italian institutions came together under the Italian Pavilion, creating a dynamic and stimulating meeting point. The Pavilion became a true hub of exchange, where professors, researchers, and institutional representatives shared experiences, projects, and best practices. The joint presence of universities and AFAM institutions highlighted the excellence, diversity, and international outlook of the Italian higher education system, reaffirming Italy’s prominent role in the global academic landscape.
A special thank goes to INDIRE, whose collaboration was essential in ensuring the visibility and success of the Italian Pavilion. Thanks to their support, Uni-Italia was able to represent Italy as a unified system, capable of promoting the strengths of our educational sector in a highly competitive international context.
During the event, the Pavilion also had the honor of hosting the Deputy Ambassador of Italy to Sweden, Counsellor Lorenzo Solinas, who personally greeted the Italian institutions, emphasizing the importance of coordinated work and institutional support in strengthening Italy’s international presence.
Italy’s participation in EAIE 2025 once again confirmed the importance of synergy between higher education institutions and national stakeholders, demonstrating how coordinated action can raise the international profile of Italy and foster long-lasting academic collaborations. Uni-Italia will continue to support and enhance these connections, contributing to the growth of the international reputation of our education system.
We look forward with enthusiasm to the next edition, EAIE 2026 in Glasgow, ready to further strengthen dialogue and international cooperation.
