Once again this year, Uni-Italia will take part in NAFSA 2026, the leading international event dedicated to the internationalisation of higher education, to be held in Orlando, Florida (USA), from 26 to 29 May 2026

The conference represents one of the most important meeting points for universities, institutions, agencies, and higher education professionals from all over the world, offering a valuable opportunity for dialogue, networking, and the development of new international academic collaborations. 

Italy’s participation will be coordinated through the “Study in Italy” National Pavilion (booth #641), organised by Uni-Italia with the valuable support of INDIRE – Erasmus+ National Agency. This year, the pavilion will cover an area of approximately 100 square meters and will host nearly 20 Italian higher education institutions, all committed to promoting the excellence of Italian higher education worldwide. 

The participating institutions will be:

  • Conservatorio di Musica “Giuseppe Verdi”  
  • Conservatorio Statale di Musica “Domenico Cimarosa”  

The 2026 edition also marks the seventh consecutive participation of the “Study in Italy” Pavilion at NAFSA, reaffirming Uni-Italia’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the international visibility of the Italian academic system and fostering new opportunities for cooperation with international partners. 

Representing Uni-Italia at the conference will be Marco Calvi and Chiara Gilardoni, who will support networking activities, institutional promotion, and the Italian delegations participating in the event.
