Once again in 2025, Uni-Italia is ready to launch a new edition of the Italian Days on Higher Education – also known as IDOHE – a series of events dedicated to promoting the Italian higher education system worldwide.

Organised in collaboration with the Italian diplomatic and consular network, the IDOHE provide universities and academies from Italy with the chance to connect directly with international students, showcase their academic offerings, and build lasting relationships in some of the most dynamic and promising contexts for internationalisation.

In the second half of 2025, the calendar focuses on five key countries across Africa and Asia. In some cases, multiple cities are involved, and institutions will be free to choose whether to join the full tour or participate in selected locations. This flexibility allows each institution to tailor its experience based on strategic interests and resources.

IDOHE2025 – Second semester calendar:

• Morocco
  For the first time, the IDOHE will arrive in Morocco, with two stops scheduled:
  Casablanca (2 October) and Rabat (5 October).
• India
  Two strategic cities are on the agenda: Pune and New Delhi. Events will take place on 9 and 11 October, with the order to be confirmed.
• Vietnam
  Institutions can choose to attend only the events in Hanoi (16 October) and Ho Chi Minh City (19 October), or extend participation to include Da Nang (18 October) as well.
• Indonesia
  A single event will take place in Jakarta on 7 November.
• China
  The Chinese programme begins with participation in the China Education Expo in Guangzhou on 8 November, followed by the IDOHE Guangzhou event on 9 November, and a Campus Tour across Guangzhou and Shenzhen on 10–11 November. University visits will include some of the area’s most relevant institutions, depending on the Italian universities involved.

Participating means engaging directly with thousands of students, but also with local schools, universities, and institutional actors. It’s a concrete way to let Italian knowledge and culture travel the world, reaching new generations and forging long-term academic ties.
